[gps-talkusers] GPS resetting to 'none'

My vet's GPS is resetting itself to 'none' every time we start the gps.
The VoiceNote is paired and active but the GPS sets itself to none every
time it is started. I have done a jkl reset, cleared the active sync and
pairing and re-activated, but it still goes back to gps set to none. Any
