Interesting thought about speed announcements. I am sure this is possible if we 
think of the best approach. I suppose a minimum. If you drop below that level, 
the BrailleNote could say, Faster, Faster. Alternatively, the speed could be 
announced whenever it changed.

For rain or grime, I still find the basic plastic grocery bag as a good way to 
protect the unit. I can read Braille through the bag. You could also keep the 
unit inside a backpack and set everything on automatic.
