Hi,
I am not Mike or Gill. However this summer I took my PK on a canoe
trip. I went to Gander Mountain, They had a rubber map case, that sealed
it from both water and dirt. They had a variety of sizes and shapes.

it could be secured really well.I even gave it the float and submersion
test. I found that I could use it with no problem even having to type
through the rubber.

Hi Mike and Gil
Wonderful on this new direction with tandems. Remember to come up with a
good way to safeguard the PK or the BN against natural elements other than
our own heated bodily discharge when cycling hard on a warm day.
One addition to the wish list: Can the system be made to announce
whenever there is a speed change while in cycling mode? I know that the
multiple repeat function can be activated to tell speed, but this is every
xx seconds and the system may be set to announce several information when
cycling. this will help the team keep to a steady or targeted speed if on
training.
Regards
Cheng

Mike,
Very cool. I'm working on a new mount for the PK that mounts very easily
on the top of the handlebars and the stem. It also will allow putting the
mount on the PK very easily with no tools. As soon as I have it "perfected"
and tested I'll write up a description of how I did it so we can distribute
it to anyone interested.
I will love the new " bicycle" route calculation option. I've used the
pedestrian option and as you know it's not perfect when on a bicycle.
Thanks,
Gil

This weekend, my brother visited and we took both of our custom

reminded me not only of the fun of cycling but also of using the GPS along
the way.
