Hello Adil,
GPS on a mobile phone is certainly relevant on this list. I have seen the
Wayfinder used at the Sight Village conference last July. Basic GPS
functions appeared to be covered. I didn't use the phone while walking
around. It was just a virtual demo.
Wayfinder is a service available in the UK and Europe for a subscription
fee and the price of the GPS receiver. The vendor who showed it to me was
Steve Nutt.

The BrailleNote GPS has at least double the features but Wayfinder seemed
to cover the basics nicely.
