I don't know how long this book has been out but it is always worth checking Web Braille and BookShare.org

Yeah, I don't feel like buying it in book and having to scan it but I would buy it if it was a .txt or .mp3 book and only because its a mystery with a blind man using gps and the gps is not working. I just sent an E-mail to the author and asked him the same question. We know that it is in Doc format, but will he sell it that way? I also think that $20 is really a steep price to pay for a paperback.

The book you posted blind man traveler I only find in paper back format. Do you know of a place that has it in a format that blind people can read?
