Al,

The upgrade does not include a card. Anyone with version 2 will already 
have a card for the maps and POIs. The upgrade includes all the features I 
mentioned in V3 plus 8 map CDs. The file will be emailed to you and the map 
CDs and POIs will be shipped.

We are hoping to be shipping by next week even if it means we provide a 
30-day full version until we can get you the serialized software a few 
weeks later.

Go ahead and call or email your order to Sheila@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx as soon as 
you are ready. We won't charge your card until we are ready to ship.
