[gps-talkusers] GPS Handhelds

I am in the environmental field...and I have very small working knowledge of
GPS devices...the only thing I worked with was locating and making setpoints
with the "TRIMBLE" handheld device and bacpack with the big bulky antennae
on top and I think you upload the data into "Arcview" if I am not mistaken.
Could someone educate me if you ladies and gentleman work with these kinds
of devices as well, I use it for locating monitoring wells out in a field.
