Chris, you should have received in your package a funny looking little
round sleeve affair that is made of elastic. It looks rather like an
ace bandage, only really small. This is placed around the shoulder
strap. You thread the strap through this little sleeve. Then, you
place the sleeve to the right of the rubber gizmo for the shoulder,
right above all the velcro. Then, you slide the Earthmate through the
sleeve until its top comes through the other side. Finally, you
secure the wire with the velcro. That's how you do it.
