Hello Karen,
Yes this sometimes happens and for no apparent reason either.
You can try a couple of things.
1. Turn off and back on bluetooth.
2. remove the pairing with the Holux and repair and activate.
If that doesn't work then you can try doing a hard reset and search for devices afterwards and repair and activate the receiver. But doing a hard reset will also loose all previous settings in GPS (i.e. Destination, Virtual position etc.)

I'm having a strange problem. After I do a reset on the BrailleNote, I always know that I will have to go into the Bluetooth menu and activate active for the Holux receiver. However, now I have to activate it almost every time I turn on the BrailleNote. Even if I get out of the GPS and go to write something in another file, then I come back to the GPS, and the activesync for the Hollux will again need to be activated. Does anyone have any solutions to this? It's becoming a bit frustrating.
