I just want to clarify that when I was using the Magellan 310 receiver 3
years ago,, (has it really been that long?) I would get things like roads
being spoken as ahead when they are behind.
I find with my blue logger it always likes to put everything on my left when
it is talking about various points of interest.
But particularly in version 2 when we first got the maps in 2003, I would
more than often find that as I was walking away from something the Magellan
would inform me we were coming upon it.
I don't know why this is so, but I figured it was in the magellan itself.
You did not say as I said in the last message, what kind of receiver you
were using, and as I remember, the Magellan sometimes did take a while to
tune into the satellites.
Ok I just wanted to make a little more sense with my message. Have to tell
the ol mind to slow down just a bit.
Thanks.
Mary Ellen Earls
