[gps-talkusers] Combining POI Files

Hi All,
I have installed Sendero 5.0 on my mPower QT and have a question about POI files. I did the install while out of town and with the encouragement of a friend. The bad news is that I have saved some POI data on version 5.0 before converting the user POI file from version 4.22. How silly of me!
Now I am hoping that there is a way to combine the two user files.
My only thought is to convert the old user POI file and manually add the new data by putting in the latitude and longitude information and adding the additional information. The thing that troubles me is that if I should make an error, the out-of-town POI information may be way off and I am not able to get back to those places in a timely manner.
I have read that one can copy the information to the clipboard in version 5.0. Is it possible to paste this same information into the new database?
Thanks for any suggestions. There are only a few new ones to add, but it seems like a rather daunting task to me at this moment.
