[gps-talkusers] Chris Grabowski joins the Sendero team

Sendero is pleased to announce that Christopher Grabowski is joining the 
Sendero customer support team. Chris has 15 years experience in a full range of 
adaptive technology products as a trainer, tester, user and advisor. He comes 
to us from the University at Buffalo where he worked in their Center for 
Assistive Technology.

Chris has been on the Sendero Alpha and Beta test teams for a number of years. 
He has been an invaluable tester because he and his wife Marla have almost 
every model of VoiceNote and BrailleNote.  We could always count on prompt 
knowledgeable beta feedback. 

Chris is intimately knowledgeable about BrailleNotes and GPS and he conveys his 
knowledge in a patient professional manner. He joins Gil Lutz and Carl Simmons 
to create an excellent Sendero customer service triumvirate with back-up
