Thanks. I am usually totally up with these things but have been ill for a while and just couldn't concentrate on getting the information or working it out. There are times when people need information which they usually get or know themselves but on this occasion I could not.

4PM EST is 9PM in the UK.  Just add 5 hours.  6AM PST is 2PM in
the UK.
Just add 8 hours. Time marches on, it is up to us to keep up 
with it.

Go to www.senderogroup.com  and and down arrow to  ON LINE GPS
CHAT and
enter if you are a Jaws user when you first go into the Sendero
Group 
site
press the J key to jump to line if you are a Jaws user and just
type in 
29
and enter this will put your cursor right where you wand to
enter. 
Enter
your name and come in.
Tuesday 4:00 pm EST time and Wednesday 6:00 am PST time.  I hope
