Hi Scott,
Yes the Canadian maps have been updated to version 4.0, but you don't automatically get that country when you do an upgrade. You only get your home country which is the USA. You need to purchase upgrades for extra countries separately. Since you already had Canada in version 3.5 it will only be $50 to upgrade Canada to version 4.0 instead of the normal price of $99 for additional countries. Please contact your sales rep to purchase this upgrade for Canada.
