[gps-talkusers] Cable for 6620

Hello,
Terrie and I went to a Cingular store here in Louisville and asked if they
had the proper USB cable for the 6620. They said they did and we bought it.
It does not say DKU2 anywhere on it, as far as we know. I installed the DKU2
driver. I next installed PCsuite. I then connected the phone. Two things
happen. When the USB cable is plugged into the phone the phone says
"enhancement not supported" When PCsuite is launched and any menu option is
chosen, I get the message that important files are corrupted and I need to
reinstall the software. After this happened the first time I uninstalled it
all and redid it just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. The same things
happen.

Does the cable need to say DKU2 on it? Did the store sell us the wrong
cable, or might I be doing something else wrong?

Thanks.

Kris
