[gps-talkusers] Re: Bug in software

Okay, I know what happened. In native KeySoft applications, two of the standard items in any menu or list are the indicators of the top and bottom of the list. In the GPS, however, these are just "popup" messages, if you will, and are not part of the list. Therefore, unlike in any other part of KeySoft, the last option is still being pointed to even as the Braille display is telling the user that the list has ended. This seems incongruous with the way KS works (everything standard in all apps) and is confusing until you figure out what is going on. I am confused,
I just tested this and it works as expected.
When you do an address search and hit "Enter" to get a list of 
all

States and it returns with
"Found four matching states.  Maryland"
If you hit enter now you select the first state I.e. Maryland
Now pressing space or Space Dot 1 you advance to item #2 in the 
list

Maine, pressing space or space Dot 1 again goes to the third etc.
When you reach the end of the list pressing "Enter" here will 
select
the 4th / last state in the list, and if you press Backspace it 
moves

you to state #3, then doing it again state #2, and again state #1
pressing Enter at any one of these will select that state. What 
ever
state is spoken is the state that will be selected when you press 
enter.

I think I just found a bug. I have four maps loaded: two for 
Pennsylvania,
one for Maryland, and one for Maine. When I went to "Address 
Lookup", I
went to the list of all states. I found that pressing SPACE at 
the stop of
the list, or BACKSPACE at the end, the nearest item is skipped. 
Maine was
skipped at the beginning of the list, for example. Has anyone 
else noticed

this?
