Get a light Probe, it makes life with the blue logger so much easier.
I usually turn my blue logger off before I get out of the gps program and it
will tell you "GPS receiver not detected switch to virtual mode."
Also another hint in pairing your receiver,
You have to hear active sync active and then when you hit the letter g. you
should hear gps menu then you know for sure you are paired and up and
runningThen hit G again and it will tell you "GPS detected."
You will always always always get a message if the receiver isn't detected.

Hi Jennifer and All,
So far, anyway, I do agree with you about the Blue Logger being hard to
turn
off. I have to hold that button down often two or three times for the
three
seconds or so to get the BN to tell me that the receiver isn't available.
I
usually haven't had any trouble pairing my devices, though; although, once
again so
far, I've found that using the mPower very often acquires satellites much
faster than using the PK.

Does anyone seem to have a difficult time when turning on and off the
receiver? I seem to have to re-pare when this is done. Otherwise the
GPS states it does not see the receiver.
