Paul,

You should read the Blue Logger Getting document to learn the sequence of reconnecting and activating the receiver. If it says, not detected, this is what you need to do.

Also read the GPS accuracy document about the best way to pick up satellites.

Your receiver was paried and connected when it left our office. Several of us are at a conference but Gil should be available on our tech support line if you need help after reading the documentation.
