Charles,
Thank you! It was improveed but still the problem. Not enough
storage. How could I check the storage's space? I think I use it as 8 mb
space but I am not sure If I use it wrong. It might be 1 mb.
How could I find out about its space free?

Hi Leslie,
on the PK you press C3 C4 and hold down dots 1 2 3 until you hear main menu?
before doing anything else try pressing N for Navigation. If GPS starts up
you haven't performed the 123 reset correctly. The system should just beep
at you and say "N" If the systems beeps at you when you press N then you can
install GPS
Only after pressing N does not bring up GPS, go to Utilities Menu (ie. U)
Type I to install program find the GPS 5.04 installer where you copied it
from your PC to your
BrailleNote's Storage Card.
run it. If you hear something about Files in Use then again there is
something wrong with how you reset the system.
If you hear something like "Not enough disk space" make sure your
flash disk doesn't have a lot of recordings and has at least 8 Megs free. If
you have lots of free memory then your download is probably
corrupt and you need to clear you internet cache on Windows Internet
Explorer on your PC and try downloading the 5.04 installer again. Make sure
the file size you get downloaded matches the size reported
on your sendero account. Ie. for the PK the file size should be 1.70
Megs. (mPower is 1.75 Megs)
If you still can't download the file correctly try switching to
FireFox browser (its a free browser which behaves a lot better than
IE for these kinds of downloads).
If you still are having problems I would suggest downloading the
uninstaller (also available from you sendero account) and uninstall
the old version first then install 5.04. Remember you also have to
do a 123 reset before you attempt to uninstall an older version of
GPS, or you will again hear "File in Use".
After trying the above if you still can't upgrade to 5.04 then please
contact Tech support because either your doing something wrong or
your hardware has something wrong with it.
Good luck.
Charles.
