Hi Charles,
Thanks. It really does sound like a good deal, and if the next generation
is a couple of years away, it's even a better deal! Certainly, for those
who are financially strapped, they should not feel they are out of luck if
they keep their 236 receivers, and as I thought about it, perhaps that was
something Mike was trying to communicate? After all, you have a varied
customer base, and I appreciate the fine line you all walk at times.
Les

Hi Les,
You can buy the new M1000 like we said, but we are also saying that this new
receiver isn't the next generation of receivers, so its up to you if you
want to spend the money on faster acquisition time, improved battery life,
and a more sensitive receiver. It really is a good deal, and if you already
have the custom case from the 236 from Sendero then all you need to do is
enlarge the on/off switch hole and you are in business.
If you guys do decide to buy a new M1000 and don't want to keep your
236 if you want to send them to Sendero we will give them to students and
others who may need them. Just write a note and send it along with the
receiver to Sendero and we will find a home for your old receiver.
Thanks
Charles.
