[gps-talkusers] Announcement of POI's in Virtual Mode

There have been several questions posted on the list in reference to the
announcement of POI's when exploring in virtual mode. I have passed this on
to Charles and we have determined that in both GPS and Virtual modes that
Satellites must be acquired to have the program announce POI's in look
around mode. This issue is being addressed for the explore mode.

The work around for now is if you need to have the POI's announced in
virtual mode, you will have to be in a location that satellites can be
acquired. This can be anywhere, it does not have to be close to the virtual
position.
