Dear GPS Users,
During the holidays I did a bit of traveling, and I notice that when I hit the
c command to acquire information about the city at the airports, there is not a
state following the city information. For example, when I was in Atlanta
Georgia, the Sendero GPS reported Atlanta international airport, with no state
information following it. I also noticed this when I was in Shreveport,
Louisiana. It told me Shreveport, Shreveport Regional Airport, yet again with
no state following it. So, I am assuming with this information that I gathered,
that the Atlanta airport is so large that it is considered to be both its own
individual city and state, and since the Shreveport airport is a regional one
it is only consider to be its own state? I found it to be more than helpful to
have a Braille display while I was in Louisiana as elloquence has not a clue as
to how to pronounce more than half of the street names in Louisiana.
