[gps-talkusers] Accents in Proper Street names and Cities.

Hello everyone,

It has come to my attention that some of you may be confused about accents
in BrailleNote GPS in terms of street names and cities.

For the USA the maps come with the accents stripped out (our map company
did this), so you don't need to enter any accents in order to find the
correct street address.

But for Canada, France, Germany etc. street names and city names do have
accented characters and in order for you to find the city or street you are
looking for you need to enter in the correct accented character. I believe
you need to switch to Grade II braille in order to do this, but someone
more familiar with the BrailleNote may be able to confirm this.

Charles.
