[gps-talkusers] Re: About gps and dog guide training.

I'm also impressed with the gps. I have a question for the people on
here, though. In February I'm going to run a half marathon (13.2
miles). In order to go I need to create a vehicle rout from Maine to
Jacksonville, Fl. I'm wondering if someone cn email me off-list with the
price of an 8 gb card. I have the 2 gb (I think) that Sendero provided
me when I won the gps, but will need more space to put the other maps so
will need to purchase a bigger card.
Also, when I'm on the road, will I need to switch from one stat to
another, and how would I do this? Or does the gps program do it
automatically?
Hope and Beignet

Hi Bill, you did not imply using GPS with a new dog. And hey, I
apologize for my comment about Trekker and Sendero, etc. Didn't
mean to ruffle any feathers, and truly Mike's approach to this
list is great. Debby and Cleo P.S. I still get so excited
about this GPS stuff! Just about half hour ago my mom was
talking about this church that she needs to go to soon for a
funeral. She'd never been there and wasn't sure where it was.
So I created a vehicle route for her in "irtual, since I won't be
going with her, and once I went through the route with her, she
figured out where it was. So once again, yea for best able to
look at a route from home! Debby and Cleo
