Casinos may be listed under entertainment or bonus. The  The Eldorado Hotel
Casino was actually listed under hotel/accomidation in this particular
situation. 

I obtained the address using maps.google.com

Thanks for the information.  I did not go that route initially due to not
knowing the El Dorado's address.  So would casinos be listed under some
other category?  I now am curious why casino was not listed as a category.
