Ctrl+Shift+A works fine! Thanks.

Here is another bug you might want to consider. The following is
obviously a very low priority bug. Would it be possible to pause a
random running download if I happened to lower the number of
concurrent downloads and it became lower than the current number of
running downloads? Also start a random download when I raise this same
number?
