[gpodder-devel] Get rid of the URL entry box?

Sorry for being late, but how about having a square "+" button next to
"Check for Updates"? Or on the toolbar. Or on the toolbar when it's
enabled, and in the channel list when the toolbar is disabled.
In my experience, this and "Copy episodes to device" are the most used
actions, but now they're hidden somewhere in the middle of a quite
complicated menu, instead of being the first two options in the first
menu.
