OK. So what happens in LADSPA in a host generated UI when I do a single
increment using a spin button (again, host generated):
1. in the case of a frequency value 0-22050 Hz ?
   old value = 20, new value = ?
2. in the case of a percentage 0-100 % ?
   old value = 20, new value = ?
