Here.  Maybe lots of folks on vacation, or regrouping after that long
MIDI discussion.

I for one am pretty busy on some day-job work, also I'll be away for
vacation the middle 2 weeks of August.

I'm psyched that we're really out of the woods with contentious items on
the document (famous last words).  I think we're on track to start
writing a spec by Winter NAMM.
