I agree with Tim that some sort of ranking would be useful, although
a) maybe a 0.0 - 1.0 weighting might be more useful, and b) I think
that could come after we collect the raw lists. Which isn't done
yet, we haven't looked at all the areas yet.
Also, questions 3 & 4 should be answered in a per-area way; so far
everyone has answered those globally instead.
Also also, yes, the list of areas needs to be disambiguated... but
I'm running out the door right now. Will try to get a draft list
together for group review some time today.
Also also also, relative importance as seen by the submitter is
distinct from relative importance in the group's view.
