The concept is clear, I think.  I provided examples for just such a reason.
Obviously plugins will have some form of inputs and outputs.  Each single
stream (be that single channel or grouped channels) is a PIN/PORT.  CONTEXT
is the difference between in and out.

I think you know that and are just being difficult.
