Gaming consoles have floating point, but theres no requirement for plugins
Handhelds* dont have float, and are a bit slow now, but plugins might be
useful in the future.

* This might not be true anymore, I haven't coded on a handheld for a
  while, so the state-of-the-art ones may have FPUs.
