If we make comments on current set of SDK's we will arrive in Januaray 2004
without having done nothing. And maybe we will have brought more discredit
to the GMPI group because some too much hard criticism about major SDK's .

This is simple to find if you are focused on a minimal goal : host (2 tracks
, 1 master) wants to insert a plug-in (Delay / Gain) . If you do that , you
get your base. I (and most of the people there) can program that badly in 2
weeks. I think that with at least 20 peoples, we can do a very good minimal
base in 3 months, no !?

yes, but not like that ! :-)), in my game, someone will be in charge to
define that and no-one will be allowed to say no. I remind you, here, the
goal would be : TO PRODUCE , not to DISCUSS. And the guy in charge of
defining nomenclature and programming rule won't be criticized upto the end
of the step. When the first goal will be riched (Minimal Host + Minimal
plug-in sample) there, we will be able to say what is good or not , and
probably change some people role ! and then go on the step 2 :-)
Of course we can try to name the best people for the best task since the
beginning... But in  a production process we cannot discuss about all
choices, every teams will have to take on their responsabilities and make
the choice they feel the best at this time .
