[gmpi] Re: NAMM follow-up, some major decisions to make

How does this sound for a plan:

[1] Take a roll call on this list of MMA members, or soon to join
members.

[2] Once a quorum of MMA members has been reached, set up private MMA
reflector.  (This reflector continues to stay open for public comment.)

[3] Establish source code repository.  Public gets read-only access and
can comment here.  MMA working group members get read-write access.
