[gmpi] MIDI/GMPI processors (was MIDI: Common event coding)

Sorry, wrt giving a little, I apologize for touching this again.

Making "MIDI processors" into "GMPI processors" is something we should
absolutelty encourage and promote, whether we staple MIDI on or not.

I can't imagine a "GMPI delay" would be much different than a "MIDI
delay", esepcially once you get past the requisite GMPI infrastructure
(this is just a tiny facet of the whole API, afterall).  Then we have
generically useful plugins that don't need MIDI stapled on and can work
for ALL sequences.  Yum.
