[gmpi] Re: MIDI: Common event coding

I was working in a bar, the PC-Bar, Downtown Austin Texas. This guy comes
in, dressed in some ripped old 7 bit outfit.  I tell him..

"you can't come in here looking like that".  He says..

"I have to, I'm the new piano player"

"OK, you can come in, but for gods sake, put this 32 bit jacket on.  What's
you name son?"

"MIDI"

"Ok, The pianos over there.."

Next thing you know the MMA cops bust in, slam me face down on the table.
"We got a report you killed MIDI"

"No, Officer no, He's right over there, playing the piano"

"That don't look like MIDI to me"

"It's just the jacket, don't you recognize the song?"

"Well, it sure sounds like MIDI, but it don't look like him, you're coming
downtown, scumbug"
