Okay, I don't know enough about plugin<->host communication to
know whether making a Synth that runs under VST (for example)
run under GMPI would be harder with or without "MIDI Inside".

I just suggested that *if* it were harder, then asking hosts to
deal with MIDI Inside would be a better idea.
