According to the req, yes, the host would have to extract something from
the bundle.  This could all be GMPI SDK code, and not compressed, just
bundled.  It's quite cheap CPU wise.

The question is whether the benefit of having a plugin/plugin pack be a
single file is worthwhile or not.

In that plugin bundle can be factory default presets, help files,
graphics, factory samples, etc.

The bundle can be treated very much like a folder/directory.
