Right, but I think we can do that if were willing to give up a few things
that realy dont matter, eg. multiple audio formats in one profile.

There not really important and think how much simpler it makes the API.

I just dont think that writing a few thousand lines of API wrangling code
per plugin is a sensible use of my time. That s time I could be spending
on tuning the DSP code. Especially as its only for features that (I think)
are superfluos.
