we have a meta-problem there to solve first, i think.

IIRC, the next step of the GMPI "process" happens within an
MMA-sanctioned working group. But we don't have a working group. Many
of the people contributing at this stage are neither MMA members nor
working for companies that are MMA members. 

I suspect that we may need to resolve that in order for the term "WG
member" to mean something concrete.
