If the OSC naming convention is logical and suits us, use it.

GMPI dosn't have to *be* OSC, but compatible naming makes GMPI/OSC
interaction easier, that's not "totally gutting OSC".

We included multi-timbrality purely for MIDI compatibility, why not give OSC
compatibility the same consideration?
