Yeah. We should try to characterize when plug reconfig is legal vs. when not. I would be tempted to say host is not required to keep running the seq nor processing audio during a plug reconfig. Which again implies the plug needs to ask host permission before doing a reconfig, so the host can trap it (and then either handle it or not according to current state vs. product design, user pref, etc.).
