No, I think that this does not make sense.  The structure MIGHT change as
a result of user actions, but it is NOT an automated operation.  Thinking
of it like a destroy/recreat cycle is OK, whether or not it NEEDS to be
that heavy.

Now that you've pointed out how the Parameter List is a Property in AU, I
need to go re-read some AU docs.
