Get a PC...get CDs/DVDs of FC5,SUSE10....!
Install them ....first you have 2 become a normal basic user of linux and then
you gradually grow up to be a linux sys administrator...!
read man pages...learn shell script...perl....!ofcourse the almighty C
language..!
Attend monthly meetings of strong linux user group...

read linux magazines like *linux for you*...
