[glug-t] phpBB - adding Tamil language pack

Dear friends,
Hope there is no need to introduce this phpBB, a feature-rich forum 
package with simple user interface; one of the *free* packages which is 
*free* since its 'pullaiyaal suzhi'. This mail is to welcome you all to 
add tamil support to it, officially.

Once I have told this, Mugunth <www.thamizha.com> and 
Sivakumar<www.tamilpayani.com> has sent some of the
files they have already translated. I request you to take atleast a file 
and to translate it into Tamil.

Those who are interested in GIMP artwork, they can also contribute by 
editing the .gifs of phpBB.
