[glug-t] ncpmount !!!

hello, 
     i have been making a web based application ,where in the notices posted 
in pmail notice board(It is a properiety program that runs in novel 
netware)..can be viewed in GNU/linux. 
     To mount the remote server that runs NOVELL netware , i can use 
NCPMOUNT.But there is a problem.. 
   The error message i get while type ncpmount is "NCPMOUNT MUST BE INSTALLED 
SUID ROOT" .. 
   Is there any other method i can employ to access the files from the remote 
server..
