[glug-t] Re: (list '(back-to (square 1)))

I thought this mail was going to be something on elisp. Boy! I was wrong! The 
issue has been in my mind from day 1. And my decision, at that time, was to 
prevent GLUG-T from turning into a Tutorial class.

You could talk about basic stuff like shell, vi, emacs along with the latest 
stuff. But don't do the "gradual scaling" thing.  For one thing, it is not 
going to work out. And it will make GLUG-T a boring place for 'real' users.

> who 'MAY' wish to turn up or vanish for meetings?
> Must GLUG-T pander to the occasional newbie?

For newbies you could have a standard 3 hour demo package that could be 
delivered on request, outside the regular meetings.
And the workshop thing also works fairly well, besides bringing in a pool of 
funds for GLUG-T work.
