[glug-t] installing from rpm

when i tried installing jukebox,given in Vortex cd(its in rpm form)
using the command rpm --install <filename> it gives a four line
warning as


something about signature and key=20
user dude does not exist defaulting to root
group dude does not exist defaulting to root
and one more line.

and it didn't install after that.how can i install ?
