[glug-t] Transcript of the speech

Guys,
I have decided to transcript RMS' speech at NITT. The specialities of the 
speech are slight Indian tint, more about Windoze and M$, talk with Dr. Kalam, 
more about schools, more about free hardware... These make it really important 
to transcript it.

The total length of the speech is 111 min. I am going to the transcript it, 
even if nobody else is interested. I am dividing the speech into 11 parts.
I am assigning some parts to those who I think might be interested.(Just wanted 
to avoid unwanted delays.) Please let me know if aren't interested or if you 
are busy with something else, so that I can do it myself, or reassign it to 
somebody who is interested

If anybody else is interested, please mail me when you want to transcript a 
particular slot, to avoid repetition of work.

We would like to have this work completed by March second week.
