I believe this sarcastic comment has its roots in my previous replies to your
questions on Solaris.
Now, why did I reply like that? Like I said there is a purpose behind the
GLUG-T - to promote free software in its spirit. Now if I had not replied like
that, hundreds of people on this mailing list would think that it is OK, to use
proprietary software(may be as long as it has something to do with Unix!). That
would have skewed the free software philosophy exactly by 180 degrees. We would
have better not started this user group, than do something totally absurd,
which would degrade and pollute the free software movement.
I hope you will understand this, and would take the replies in the right spirit.
